Lovely Lavender Cardigan

Yippee! This plus-sized cardigan took a while to make, but it was worth it.
Love the lace edging, and the knot design throughout.


The free pattern goes up to size 5X, and is called "Satin Lace Edge Cardigan", from the Bernat Yarn website. I used Bernat Satin yarn in a bright Lavender color.

Another Nice Plus Size Sweater!

Woo Hoo! I just finished knitting another nice plus-size sweater. It's another Bernat pattern, in a booklet called "Cold Front". The pattern is "Cable Yoke Sweater", and goes up to size 5X.

I used Bernat Roving yarn in the color "Lazuli".

Bernat & Patons Plus Size Patterns

Recently, I was asked to be a blogger for Bernat yarns. Before I agreed, I checked out their website to see if they have any plus size patterns. YIPPEE!! ALL of their women's patterns go up to size 5X!! Love it!

And I found out that Bernat and Patons are run by the same company. So I checked out the Patons websites as well - Yahoo! Some of THEIR patterns go up to size 5X also! :)

Another Lovely Plus Size Knitting Project

I just finished knitting this lovely "Alpaca Leaf Pullover" this week. Love it!


The pattern is in the "All Alpaca" pattern book by Bernat Yarns. I used their Alpaca Natural Blends yarn to make the sweater, and it went quickly - I completed it in one month. Nice!
